How and When to take HCG

Hey guys. i have some hcg that I bought for about 2 cycles ago. and never got around to using because the main reason was I wasnt sure how and when to use it. If you only need it after certain stacks. or after taking anything...anyways. I appreciate it!!

The easier question is, what are you using now?

Used during longer cycles 12 weeks plus...and higher mg..800mgs and up for a rough figure...say your doing 16 weeks test 750mg deca 400mg...Weeks 10-14 I would run the HCG at 500IU 3X a week....Then when you come off you can recovery with PCT quickly

Well I'm not taking anything right now. I will be starting up again in about 2 months and plan on either doing Fina & winstrol.. winstrol & deca...or eq & winstrol? so what do you think?

there many different opinions to how to run it. some say from day 1
use 500mcgs each week.
to
some stating that during about a 3 week period during the middle of the cycle
around 1500mcgs each week
and then there are some saying to use it just prior and during your PCT
