been dieting for around 3-4 weeks, snapped these in the kitchen preparing food hehe.... my diet is 99%-100% clean 50g or less carbs per day, all morning and pre workout, my protein is still high in the 350-400g day, cardio once maybe twice a week... and only cruising with gear at 200mg enanth./week... started gh 4iu/day around a month ago...
