Make sure they are CLEAN and you will be just fine. The only problems I see with these are public use ones,,
too many germs.

I used the steam room one time at the Y. it was disgusting.. bunch of old fat naked dudes in there sitting on their towels... the smell almost made me puke and the next day i came down with the flu.. sweat is full of bacteria/viruses so if you sit on it or inhale it its easy to catch
