Hot older women

I am at my 'rents retirement holiday place right now in Arizona.

What I find sad is that so many people just let themselves go, and the ones that are in worse shape are the younger ones who are visiting their parents and grandparents.

I am not sure what it is like in the US and I haven't been here long enough to tell, but so many young people are just fricking FAT now.

Great if you are a chubby chaser, and some chub is cute when you are younger.

I just find it sad that so many will miss out on what it is like to have the strength and fitness of youth, and even if they are beautiful, a lot do not have the confidence to appreciate it.

That makes me crazy. So many people in my office have candy or chips or cookies in their desk and just snack all day. Then they see me eat chicken and rice or veggies 3x/ day and ask how I can eat so much and be fit. Lately my meals are only around 400-500 calories, leat protein, low fat, good carbs. They go to applebee's and have a 1200 calorie salad, 2 cokes, and come back and snack on garbage all day. Then they say they used to work out but have knee problems or whatever. I swear to god, if people worked 1/4 as hard working out as they do making excuses, they'd feel at least 50% better.

The whole "if they kept their mouth shut" argument would hold more weight if there weren't so many older women running around now acting like it's their super sweet sixteen in some dumbass attempt to seem younger. Some women age great, both mind and body...but while some get wise and witty, some get bitter and bitchy. On the flip side, there are some younger girls who can actually carry on an intelligent discussion. I know, that's crazy talk, but i've seen it happen.

As far as trainers and surgery and time to work out...I think the original poster was reffering specifically to women in these actresses or model's situation where they have the time, money, and other resources to do it because it is not just the way they like to live, but a big part of how they make their living. It's hard for a regular woman to compete. Some pull it off, and they work their asses off to do it, but it's hard for a mother to go to work, come home and play house, and devote several hours to working out, or spa treatments, or whatever else is needed to make Christie Brinkley look that good at 54.

so everyone should joose/fake tan/shave their bodies so they can be beatiful

Not sure where you got that from, but being 20 years old with a cellulite ridden muffin top does not really bode well for one's future health or well-being.

I think the other issue is that people do not appreciate what they have until it is gone, and don't realise how easy it is to get out of shape (for some, not all).

I have worked in fashion for ages and ages, and the thing that made a big difference with me was all the absolutely gorgeous women coming into my shop, trying on super sexy dresses, looking stunning, and then moaning about how fat they were, how their bums were too big, didn't like their breasts, too big, too small.

Every single woman had a complaint, instead of just loving the skin they were in (and most of them were really lovely packages).

If you are not going to love your body when you are in the prime of your life, what are you going to do when the inevitable little bits of aging start to creep in?

not at all
imo this site has the fitness ideal a bit skewed
just because your not 3.5% bf with 18" guns and a awesome tan does not make one a unhealthy mess.
you can still be healthy with a few extra lbs

LMFAO as if...

Darlin speak on topics that you actually know something about... like how to fuck some random broad on the couch of her gf's condo while surrounded by a bunch of drunk and passed out strangers.

JAKUZEE BABY... THAT is more your speed. :qt:
