I dont deadlift! My main target is my abs that's the only problem I have ( I want to get it tone ) I do cardio everymorning and some again at night and my new exercise right now is the swiss ball exercise pretty much on the lower body and upper body twice weekly. I use to attend a teabo class and I did that for about three months and yoga. I like the swiss ball exercise and can really see some improvement. It really works!

what part of that have you learned from this very helpful place?
 
well it seems you haven't learned that "tone" is really the act of getting your bodyfat lower and increasing your muscles.
deadlifting and squating will help your core strength and help you firm up in the process.
none of the above will you learn on chat though. i hope you're not gonna have another e-heart attack now!

Actually, swiss ball exercises are good for developing core stability, but they should be supplemented with weight training.






I'll hush now before people get the crazy idea that I workout. :worried:

Hi , hope is well with you and your family
 
well, diet more than anything else will give you that lean look.
 
Well, you have to limit carbs, up the protein and fats, carbs have to be from the low glycemic index and as of late I have come to the conclusion to avoid any type of sugar, even alcohol sugars.

At 5'2 and 105 your not fat, just out of shape. 30 min cardio at 70% of hr, then weight train after the cardio, 6 days a week. drink about 1/2 -1 gal water a day, avoid all dairy/bread products and fruits while chopping your bf down. If you get to 10-12% bf that is good for a girl

meal 1
1/3 cup oatmeal
3 egg whites

meal 2
protien shake

then the rest meal 3-6 got it?

That's the problem I dont have a set up meal and I dont keep up on what I eat , how much proportion and how many time I eat a day. I need someone to help me out on that but here's a info on what I eat mainly.


breakfast

oatmeal
2 percent Milk

or

whole grain cereal with 2 percent milk

or

banana
OJ

or

toasted whole grain bread
fruits
OJ or H20


sometimes I dont even eat breakfast at all ( I know not a good thing)


Lunch

salad with little bit of fat free ranch dressing
blt wheat sandwich
OJ or H20

or

boiled or bake chicken ( w/o the skin) with asparagus and bake potato
H20


or

brown rice with red beans
veggies
H20



Dinner

baked tilapia or sword fish or salmon
veggies
H20

or

Yellow corn tortilla with fat free refried beans ( No cheese, no sour cream Just lettuce and tomatoes)

Advise Please!!!

MOstly I eat about 3 to 4 times a day. NO soda, caffeiene or alcohol beverages. I stay away pretty much on sugars foods.

lol yeah that's what I though. I though I am eating too much but someone told me I am not eating enought at all. Is there a way you can give me a meal plan though or an idea. Thanks! I'll check out the diet board :)

Go to the womans board tons of meal plans in people logs read the stickies etc.

I tried to go to the woman board but all I can find is yohimburn and thermoxin and work out journals.. Can you give me a link of any of the meal plan or diet plan. Please if its not too much trouble to ask.

And third and last - she should stop threads that feel like you are interviewed from Channel 7 News (what gas you buy, blood pressure etc) and she should start being normal for once in her EF life here.

well, you gave her earlier a good advice too. But even when she was EIG she wasnt listening and then more people turned against her. The character that she shows here is vanilla and totally boring and annoying. If she wanted foe all bullshit to stop, she should just listen to you and to what I posted above. But we know that aint gonna happen.
