holy shit!!! this dude figured out how to run your car on water....

you see a problem with the concept?? what is it??

I simply dont have the heart.. keep hope alive.

One day you will get your water car..

until then.. the laws of thermodynamics (damn them) still remain in effect.

Unless someone has come up with some magical catalyst.. you simply cannot get more energy out of water than you put into it..

water is the last step in the reaction.. the end product. Implying you could obtain more energy from it than it takes to break the H2O molecule into Hydorgen and Oxygen is akin to saying you could unscramble an egg with no energy input.

I'm not "personally" verifying the guys claims..........but didn't they say they were able to break down the hydrogen/oxygen bond in a way that yielded more energy out than was put in??

and you do realize that he's actually using hydrogen to combust right?? this isn't some conversion into electricity like a fuel cell.

Did you know that you can convert your car to a water-burning car? You can run your car on water, supplemental to gasoline, to increase your car's fuel efficiency and reduce your fuel costs significantly.

Works on gas or diesel powered cars, vans, trucks, and SUVs. (Not tested on hybrids)

Your car will become at least 40% more fuel efficient and produce cleaner emissions.

Convert your car for the lowest price. Similar conversion kits cost up to $600 and up!

Works with plain tap water. No need for distilled water or special water additives!

We've simplified the process. The steps are easy, and the materials are affordable.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Our easy conversion guide will show you how to use electricity from your car's battery to separate water into a gas called HHO (2 Hydrogen + 1 Oxygen). HHO, also called Brown's Gas or Hydroxy, burns smoothly and provides significant energy - while the end product is just H2O! HHO provides the atomic power of Hydrogen, while maintaining the stability of water.

So from the above info Ive gleaned this... its a mechnism that uses an internal combustion engine to fuel a process that breaks H2O (water) into Hydrogen and Oxygen .. uses those in another supplemental internal combustion reaction to produce mechanical force with the final producty being H2O (water)

are you missing something here??? It takes A LOT of energy to break water into Hydrogen and Oxygen gas.. is DOES NOT.. anmd I repeat DOES NOT utilize the 'atomic power of hydrogren' as the article claims as that would destroy most of your neighborhood in the reaction..

Come on guys.. I KNOW you all are smarter than this.

Browns gas is over a hundred years old.. its NOT the product of an efficient reatioc.

I don't think they're claiming that they're "splitting" a hydrogen atom.....LMAO!! My uderstanding is that they're utilizing the combustible volatility of hydrogen but in a more stable form........this HHO molecule. What I'm trying to discern is how much energy it requires to form this molecule. From what I see, they're admitting that at this point in time.......you still need to utilize gasoline as the battery would run dry running on HHO alone. But it could "supplement" your gas usage........hence the 40% increase in MPG figure............that sounds reasonable no??

From the above linked quotes from HIS web site

HHO provides the atomic power of Hydrogen, while maintaining the stability of water.

and no.. because he amount of energy lost in the entire reaction.. along with the loss in energy converting Water into HHO far exceeds the mechanical energy the reaction would yield.

Its sounds great on paper... but even if the mechanical reactions were 99% efficient it still wouldnt work..

and as I previously mentioned.. for this to work would require a catalyst which quite simply.. does not exist.
