Holy Hell, I have no conditioning

I decided I need to work on my overall conditioning and thought I would sprint twice a week, sled drag, and some wheel barrow pushing. Tonight was my first night, and it was 10x25 yard sprints. Damn, I'm winded and out of shape. Tommrow is sled work. :)
 
Ease yourself into it. I've been doing a lot of WSB reading of late and that's one of the biggest mistakes they say people make - trying to increase their GPP too quickly by adding too much stuff. You need to do it gradually.
 
If someone asked me "are you fit"? the answer was always..."there are different types of 'fit'".

thruth is i was out of shape and i justified it by being real strong.

that aint no excuse

I love sprinting
It will help your lifting...well it has for me, training is easier
 
I am planning on slowly increasing my load over a couple weeks. It does feel good though. :) It's a totally different kind of tired compared to lifting.
