today i went and hit the scales at 200 lbs, still at 50 mg ed!!!!
then i went to do military press
usually i do 60 lb dumbells for 8-10reps,
well today 60 lbs felt like 40 lbs
i made my way up to 80 lb dumbells no prob!! for 5 wicked reps!!!
man i love this stuf
just thought id update ya!!!

so far up 15 lbs,!!!!!!
HARD TRAINING+ 4200 CALS OF CLEAN FOOD DAY+ ANADROL 50
= INSANE PUMPS AND GAINS
