Holy cramps clen...

Day 10 - My second leg workout since starting clen...went to th fu*king floor with both quads cramping after my first working set of sqauts...:bawling: I may be weird but after they subsided I kinda like the way my quads were pumped to the max...can you say H20...
 
:fro: I say h2o and start taking calcium citrate at 1000mg. a day and bring your water up to 1½ to 2 gallon a day and if you cramp to much when your at home or at the movies bring yourself some pure lemon juice and mixe it with your water and you`ll stop cramping fast enough.You can trust me on this one i`ve been on clen for the past 4 months for my show in 2 weeks.

man..I've been wandering why I've had such bad cramps since I've been on clen. I figured it was the clen. but never really gave it much thought. I've been eating shitloads of potassium and drinking a ton of water and I still get cramps.........I can hardly do any cardio. Good thing I just finished that shit....now I don't have to worry about the cramps any more. Who says you don't learn something new every day!!!!
 
more water and potassium too. I never get sides from clen, other than being jittery. I have dropped 2% bodyfat in two weeks on clen. Not bad.
