Galaxy, how do you use the niacin? Do you use the non-flush kind or what? I'm on lipitor for my cholesterol but that stuff is hepatoxic and I'd love to get off of it. Thanks.

Im on crestor and have been taking 1 - 2g daily of the time released. Only been 7 weeks though and having first blood test done tomorrow.

I just read a study on this. It seems that there is some hard evidence that HMB supports healthy cholesterol levels. If you just do a Google search you can easily find the studies...
