hit 350 on bench!

was pretty tite since 3 days before i couldn't even hit 340, but with a good 20 guys in there screaming with all the coaches there pushing you too, gets the adrenaline like never before, anyways i was stoked, and i've lost 5 lbs to, so i'm getting both my goals

btw my crayonofdoom acc is lost due to 3 wks inactivity, DUMB!
