Has anyone else ever had this problem? Click to expand... Try using a Foam Roller. Stretching also helps, you tube has a lot of videos of how to stretch your hip flexors i believe.

M miplank MVP EF VIP Jul 25, 2008 #3 Yeah...I guess I didn't stretch good enough prior to the workout. Today is much better...yesterday I could barely walk. Now i'm about 90%.
