Hip flexor rehab?

I started out with stiffness in the left back/hip and pain in the SI Joint. So I started Physio and was able to continue Cardio and Weights. I finally had to give up the Cardio due to the stiffness/pain the following day. Now I'm at the point where I'm in extreme pain after sitting and trying to stand again. Walking is also causing pain now, which seems better if I apply pressure to my back above the SI joint. NSAIDS don't do too much for the pain, which is on par with Kidney stone pain. I can also feel a slight groin pull, likely related to the same issue.

I've had an ultrasound and X-Rays, but the only word from the docs was that I need an MRI, which could take up to four weeks. I gather I've got a hip flexor issue? What's the best rehab while I wait for th MRI, wrap it and ice it?

Not one fucking reply?

Bothered the doc some more and he said it was Tendonitis and the MRI is to see what else is happening.

Currently doing Test and CJC1295/GHRP2. I've read conflicting stories on GHRP helping/causing Tendonitis. Any experience on CJC1295/GHRP2 vs IGF-1 for Tendonitis?

I have torn cartilige in my hip, so my hip flexor is in a lot of pain. I would suggest deep tissue massage, glutes, groin, adducters etc. There is an advanced stretch for the hip flxor, which is bascially strecthing the thigh with the hips flat and one leg foward (side of bed), but its hard to explain! Basically any stretches for all those muscle groups, at least 3 times a week will help so long as their is no pain. Ive recently stopped my stretches due to work and im back in pain....

Thanks,

I'm getting the MRI to see what's happening with the cartilage. It's supposed to be the Tendon down the left hip that's annoyed, but it also hurts above the SI joint. At least I can walk now, although the left leg is still a little gimpy. The PT was kneading that Tendon/muslce on Tuesday which made it sore as Hell, but it's been a lot better since. She also did some Ultra Sound, so maybe that helped as well. It's let ge get back to some upper body work without too much stiffness the next day.

I think I saw the stretch you mentioned, where you lie on the bed with one leg hanging off on the floor and you use a rope to pull the other leg toward your head? I tried this but it was too painful.

Yes thats it. Just go as far as you can, strain NOT pain - where exactly does it hurt? also, make sure your hips are perfectly flat before you stretch...
