well roughly, i might be 10 pounds less than there right now, i was on there one month ago, but that's me a big pile of fat.
I hear ya -- btw imageshack blocks hyperlinked images to EF so no showie picies.
I'm not even sure I ever used hydroxycuts. I was HYUGE fan of adipokinetix and also Ripped Fuel. The last few yrs I've tried the various AF sture stuff - I actually like T-rex a lot but absolutely not for AM empty stomach cardio. CB is great for that. But mostly have been taking a breather from thermos until recently.
