HIIT + Hydroxycut

I just started this for of cardio HIIT i found on a website, jogging for 30 seconds then sprinting for 30 seconds and repeating this for up to 15 minutes.

im hitting some hydroxycut and this type of cardio in an attempt to get cut for the first time in my life before i bulk again.

anyone have good luck with either of these or both, hydroxycut and or HIIT?

it sure is making me fucking sore as shit.
 
Never tried hydroxycut always heard its mory hype than anything else so keep me posted on its affects. As for HIIT cardio Its a bitch but it works.. Its work faster and better than any other cardio program I've used or heard of but at the same time its test ur mental capabilities to the max... Ur pushing urself to the limit several times in a small time frame which can be very exhausting mentaly ( at least for me it was)

well, hydroxycut worked for my wife very well after our second child. im just wondering how well it works for us guys. it sure does kill my appetite way more than ECA. WAY FUCKING MORE, first day and i can tell ill be able to cut calories easy. effortlessly.

also, her weight never came back. for her it was really good shit
 
HYDROXYCUT HARDCORE works but the sides are terrible id puke my fuckin brains out like 10 mins after I did my cardio and I wouldnt be able to eat and id shit red its not worth it dude GET A CLEANER DIET. is all I can tell u and UP UR CARDIO =D
 
to be honest, hydroxycut worked pretty good for me and it was probobly first stimulant I've used in my life which might be the reason. It was about 5 years ago when ephedrine or whatever it's called was still a legal supplement. Don;t know how it is now though.

that's what im using the hardcore, i had no problem doing cardio, i do notice it fucking tweaks my fucking ass off, and i dropped two dueces today that filled the fucking bowl half way up. and i've been constipated from the nitric oxide i take. other than feeling like i did a couple lines of meth, and shitting my brains out, the sides were def. tolerable, i felt strong temp rise in my body, which i think is good.

bump for the HIIT and peoples results with it.
 
If you've never used a thermo before, then unless it's a recipe that somehow doesn't sit well w/ your bodychemistry (e.g. you get too cracked out or headaches), then it will probably work pretty good for you. I've tried so many diff brands over the years. I kinda prefer AF Store Cardio Breeze right now because I used so much thermo last year for competition prep I just want to not use it for a while. I find CB gives enough kick for good AM cardio but not that cracked out feeling.

HIIT in general is probably the most efficient cardio you can do for fat loss -- there are lots of ways you can do it - but generally balls to the wall sprint for 30-90 sec and then a recovery period, repeat. Give yourself a decent warm up period- e.g. 5-10 min, and a decent cool down 5-10 min.

And as mentioned - to get the most out of the thermo & the HIIT, make sure your diet is spot on. And if the thermo is cutting your appetite, make sure you are eating enough as well.

I used lipodrene before but it didn't warm me up like this. It also didn't do nothing near to me what Hydroxy did for my wife and wife doesn't even workout, we walk couple miles a day. But that's it. I'm making sure I'm getting enough protein and probably gonna come in at 2K cals a day. That's low for me, When I started my first bulker last year I got eating 12-16 eggs at a crack and was eating like a madman, Now, it's so mental that if im not eating like that i'm gonna lose the muscle i've gained, but the problem is i need to get rid of this fat so that the muscle can be seen, so right now, i'm gonna attempt to keep all the muscle i have, not worried about gaining jack shit right now, which is easy to say, but i am gonna live it right now, and try to shed this fat and let my abs get some sunlight for the first time ever in my life.

well roughly, i might be 10 pounds less than there right now, i was on there one month ago, but that's me a big pile of fat.
 
Hydroxycuts not a bad product, As for your cardio routine I did something like that in the past I'd sprint about 30 yards walk back sprint again I did this every day for 15-30 min and It got my in the best shape i ever was in sprinting is great to burn fat as well as build muscle

both work, I use both.
you will get use to the Hydroxy pretty fast though.
soon you'll be taking 4-6 a day.
