I just started this for of cardio HIIT i found on a website, jogging for 30 seconds then sprinting for 30 seconds and repeating this for up to 15 minutes.
im hitting some hydroxycut and this type of cardio in an attempt to get cut for the first time in my life before i bulk again.
anyone have good luck with either of these or both, hydroxycut and or HIIT?
it sure is making me fucking sore as shit.
