180 pounds approximately
12% body fat
My plan is trenbolone 50mgs per day. Tren ace*
And i want to do test propionate with it. How much test should i do?

i prefer to keep my test dose at 0 with tren

it allows the tren to run the show without any interference from the test including androgens and estrogens

I like to keep it low like 150-200mg, but a lot of people will tell you to keep the Test/Tren dose the same. If you go with a higher dose of test then there is more of a chance you will need an AI especially if you’re estrogen prone bc the test can convert. I would also advise you to purchase dostinex and arimidex before you start the cycle in case anything comes up.

I would consider sarms here as opposed to steroids. You are still very young and I would not recommend using steroids at your age

Most def you want to maintain your T dosing higher,
Test P 400-500 mg EW
Tren A 300-400 EW
