Omega are you talking about losing vicreral while cutting only on var or both bulking and cutting? The problem with gaining naturally is I gain fat as well, and I eat and extremely clean diet. To gain 10lbs of muscle I will also gain a bunch of fat, its inevitable. I can not afford to gain this extra weight because of tennis. It slows me down way to much have excess body fat.
And to be honest why I am on here and not on a tennis forum is because I am trying to build up my body, while most tennis players just cut all fat and don't lift heavy weights ever. Also playing tennis at the level I do (satelite and challenger tour), which is just below the ATP tour, is far more difficult then almost all other sports in my opinon. I don't wanna argue though. This threads already been cluttered.
