High Var dose = more gains?

... you dont need to cycle to gain 8 lbs
you just need to workout.

If you dont want to put on weight too rapidly, and you only want about 8 lbs, and after this cycle anymore weight would be counter to your goals in tenis.

why not just train naturally for a few months. Its not like 8 lbs is hard to gain without the sauce. especially if your a smaller guy, like your making yourself out to be
 
Alright, this is changing the topic slightly... If 30-40 mg./day is needed for 6 weeks to see any mass benifits from var alone, how many mg. minimum per day is needed when added to 300mg. test per week? - for a bare bones minimum dose cycle. 20mg/day? 25?

Omega are you talking about losing vicreral while cutting only on var or both bulking and cutting? The problem with gaining naturally is I gain fat as well, and I eat and extremely clean diet. To gain 10lbs of muscle I will also gain a bunch of fat, its inevitable. I can not afford to gain this extra weight because of tennis. It slows me down way to much have excess body fat.

And to be honest why I am on here and not on a tennis forum is because I am trying to build up my body, while most tennis players just cut all fat and don't lift heavy weights ever. Also playing tennis at the level I do (satelite and challenger tour), which is just below the ATP tour, is far more difficult then almost all other sports in my opinon. I don't wanna argue though. This threads already been cluttered.

Var would be ideal for you goals IMHO.

On a side note, don't you worry about drug testing in your sport?
 
good doc, i dont wanna argue with you. anavar sounds like the perfect roid dor your sport and situation. i know what you mean about gaining the fat whilst bulking, i have the same problem. its just our genetic make up i guess. tennis is a hard sport at that level, but so is any other sport at a pro level. i hope things work out for you.

So is their any chance that I can lose body fat while putting on muscle? I am already at 9-10% so I am not talking lose a lot of fat maybe a few lbs during a 6 week cycle of var? Is they any supps that can be added to help lose fat while bulking sucks as Acetyl-L-caritine or something that helps to metabolize fat?
