High Var dose = more gains?

dr0832 said:
anyone else have any knowledge on this matter. I am not a competive bodybuilder just a guy looking to build a little extra lBM and I am am also a highly competive tennis player so the added strength gains will be great although not as important.

30 - 40 mgs ED for 6 weeks should provide you with the added bonus you are looking for.

Make sure you take your supplements if you are worried about liver toxicity.

You should have no problems.

Best of luck.

Would 40-60mgs/day of var be enough to preserve lean muscle mass during the co-administration of 12.5-25 mcgs of cytomel for increased protein synthesis.
I read all of Huck's posts regarding ox. Oh, BTW thanks huck, as I am considered legally blind now.lol.
I would incorporate the addition of micronized creatine at 5gms before workouts and 5gms. after, accompanied by a high protein diet 300 grams/day.
Thanks for any feedback.

With a slight adjustment to your calories and macronutrient ratios, I see no reason why 12.5 - 25 mcgs of cytomel would cause any trouble with muscle preservation.

12.5 should be enough for that added boost. Although, I have never had any problems at 25 mcgs.

Did you run just var with the 25mcgs, or were you using other AAS?
What were your goals and results with this cycle?

Thanks..B32

i dont think it will matter past 70mg. i was doing 75md/ed and that was overdosed so i was doing alot. i did 60mg/ed of BD and i seen better gains. But Bd is a better product in my opinion then Orbit.

along with the creatine when my peptides come back into AF in 9 days you would be most wise to stack it together

trust me, I am not plugging my product either :) though it may look like it....

your going to need the protien and glutamine where you can get it

see OX workds supremely well with SKY HIGH protien....

the peptides I am talkign about not only have the glutamine needed but a large mega dose of protien

for example I just weighed 3 huge table spoons on the digi scale (thats right table spoons)

and in wieghed about 100 grams.....so that equals = about 33 GRAMS of Glutamine+ 66 grams of PROTIEN :rose:

with the T-3 that woudl be great was pallning on doing the same :)

25mcgs a day

OX is the nly knows anabolic to increase visceral fat loss, and one can only imagine the added benifit with a small dose of T-3

Oh fat loss is only visceral, not subcultaneous? On another note for this moron calling me a pussy, you should go back and actualy read all my posts in this thread. I am a competive tennis player. I could not afford to gain 20+ lbs. You ever watch tennis on tv? You ever see a 220lb guy playing? I don't think so. I am looking to gain at the most about 10lbs but 8 lbs would be fine. If I feel I like being on gear and want to gain more then I will do another cycle. I am not a competive body builder, never will be one, and have no need to gain ever single possible lbs of LBM that I can for my the money I spend. I don't want to blow up because I don't see any point in that.

vicreral fat is mui beueno :) the sub Q I would imagine goes along with the whole system wide fat loss that usually accompanies training and diet....

dude what the hell....
you wont be able to gain 20lbm on var alone even if you wanted to!
so get that through your head!
var does not make you blow up!
i know a few professional tennis players personally from south africa that have used var!
they didnt blow up!
maybe you should be on a tennis forum buddy.
