High or low gi carbs???

Could someone give me a bottom line on whether i should be using high or low gi carbs while cutting.
Currently I get about 80 grams of carbs a day. 50g from oatmeal during my first 2 meals,and the rest from fiberous carbs. Does this sound about right for cutting.
 
That sounds pretty good. what you could do is go with your low gi carbs pre training, about 25 grams. Then do another 25 grams of high gi post training. You would probably notice increased energy levels for your weight training sessions, along with some increased fullness in your muscle bellies. Hope that helps.
