High liver, only 16! uho

So i went to get some blood tests done last week, and I'm only 16. I have been doing creatine for 4 and a half months now. I have been drinking 2L of water a day, and have a great diet. Doing a bulk currently.

So I got a call from the doctor today, and he said my liver was high, except everything else was fine. I told him before the blood test i was taking creatine, and protein, also just a multivitamin. He told me i should get off all the supplements, and vitamins i take and come back in a month for another test.

I do not know the #'s because i forgot to ask, except im going to pick up a paper tomorrow or the day after that give the #'s.

I am thinking just dropping creatine ALL together. Is it becuase i was only having 2L a day of water that my liver was high? I was doing a monohydrate cycle, finished my off 5-8weeks and starting with the 20g a day cycle for a week then go onto maintenance.

Is it okay just to stop all together? The monohydrate doesn't seem to do much for me, in my opinion but not sure. If i took more water will my liver be fine? I am still going to stop the creatine just for a month, but I'm curious as too if i should ever go back onto it.

I wouldn't imagine its the creatine. Do you drink alcohol at all? There could be some other factor involved, but unlikely creatine. At such a young age, I would drop the creatine just to rule it out since it would only be for a month, you'll have plenty of time to lift and grow.

Just appease the doctor for now. After the second test in a month and after no creatine and supplements, I would imagine the results would be the same and there is something else going on.

Post up what you are currently taking and currently eating.

Doubtful its the creatine, follow doctors orders and drop everything and get another test. Like Captain FT said its prob something else.

Well i am actually not taking anything other than, creatine, mutant mass (a weight gainer for bulking), protein iso, and protein casein. And i hardly ever take the weight gainer because i get feel sick after having it.

Here is what i eat:

Wake up
2 Scoops Protein Iso

20-30minutes later
4 whole eggs, 2 slices whole wheat bread, 1 glass of 3.25% milk or 2% milk

Between breakfast and first meal
1.5L of 3.25% (homo) or 2% milk

2hours later
1 Egg sandwhich on wholewheat bread (egg, tuna, or chicken whichever) - Egg sandwhiches usually have, if i eat 2 a day then 6-8eggs in them.

2hours later (technically lunch)
1 Chicken Sandwhich on wholewheat bread (can be egg or tuna)
(its not a lot right now, but thats my appetite)

2 Hours later
2 Scoops of Mutant Mass
1 Tuna Sandwhich on wholewheat bread - 1 can of tuna to be exact
1 Apple

Workout

Right after workout
Apple
2 Scoops Protein Iso
2-4cups of Broccoli
1-2cups of Brown Rice
Any type of meat here (can't say how much, never really weigh it)

Right before bed
2 Scoops of Protein Casein

Throughout the day i have 2L of water, normally 1L at school, 1L during working, and maybe another when i come home.

That doesn't seem like it would give high liver now would it?

listen to your doctor. stop all the sups. just eat food. eat more beef and fish for creatine.

Alright, do i have to stop the protein powder? I know creatine im stopping, and probably the Mutant Mass. I would just like to keep the Protein Iso and Casein in my plan.

I will post up the #'s here once i get them from the doctor.

and just a note to FT i don't drink.... at all
So thats ruled out. So may it be because of the bulking diet then?

yes your diet could do it. huge diets are bad or your health in a lot of ways. im sure your doctor wants you to stop everything including shakes.

Huh... well then.

I was suppose to do this bulk for another 8months or more. Close to being through the first month, and i already have high liver lol.
Should i stop the bulk? I really would like to continue on for at minimum 6 months, but i don't want to fuck my liver up for life.. So whats the fine line i can run here?

Reason i am asking all this, is because i need some SOLID arguments i can use to argue against with my parents =D hahah They would like me to stop bulking, and i told them that i will find out some information as to why its so high, and that im not going to stop until i pick up the paper from my doctor's office.

So with that said, anything i can use? I would assume that with all the high intake during a bulk, my body will naturally adjust to the intake and my levels shall drop back to normal again? I do not drink any alcohol, pop, juice, or anything for that matter. Just water and milk. So any help on some points i can use?

Thanks.
