Lately I have been doing like a 15 minute high intensity cardio workout after lifting weights. Do you think this will have any negative affect on my gains? I usually hit the treadmill hard (like a little more than 2 miles in 15 mins). It seems to be a great way to get a nice sweat going in addition to the one I've accumulated throughout my main workout.
I know that running in excess of 30-45 mins can be detrimental to muscle mass gains, so I was just curious what this would be like.
