Bonjour Madamoiselle, Beinvenue! - I think my French is far worse than your English. I lived in Paris a few years ago so I understand your frustration. I trained at Club Med Gym on Rhue De Berrie off the Champs Elysee. No women for me to see taking supplements but there were plenty of men so I do know that it is possible for you to attain these agents if that is what you truly want.

As far as your worry over having a baby in the future I know of many women who have gone on after use to have a family.

Your breakfast is substandard. Better to have oatmeal and protein source for example eggs. What do you do to supplement for EFA's (essential fatty acids - imperative for proper metabolic function)?

Clenbuterol is pure garbage in my opinion. The ephedra should be more than enough to aid with metabolic function in relation to fat burning. There are also products that you can apply to your skin that will aid with fat burning but your bodyfat must already be low in order for these agents to be effective.

May I ask your age?

Would it be possible to post a picture of your physique?

I would like to hear what the ladies think about the yoghurt..
Its been a hard thing for me to shake from my diet- its a delicious dessert w/ some fresh fruit- but is it okay to eat after supper? Or at all for that matter...

Ive got the same stats' as you- 138 lbs. though. I had a really hard time & still am losing the last 10lbs.
If you read my journal- you may get some insight on the cycle I was on- I loved it. Saw great results. But I dont want to push anything on anyone.

I think low fat yogurt is fine in a diet LG.

Hello :wavey:

I am with bikinimom, clenbuterol is not that great as a fat burner.

Do you know how many calories you are eating? How many grams of protein, carbs and fat?

Je peux parler un petite francais. Je necessite un dictionaire tambien :)

merci pour votre accueil!!!
in english: thank you for your welcome
binkinimom: i know club med gym, i was trainning to place d'italie to paris 13eme!
lg: in france we have a lot of variety of low fat yoghurt, it's good for the diet, contains just 55 calories!
tatiana you are very beautiful!!! i think i eat 1200 calories but it so difficult to keep this diet. proteins 120 grammes and i don't know for carbs and fat..
i need help than you so much!!!

I have 64 kg/140 lbs and my diet is 1800 kcals.

I feed my muscles and I burn the fat off with cardio.

If you eat too few calories, you slow your metabolism too much and it makes if more difficult to take off fat.

I also eat 200-250 g protein/day, I find that very high protein works for me.

You may want to try calorieking or fitday (on line sites) and calculate how many calories/protein/fat/carbs you are eating.

Wow - stunning physique and very pretty face...

I do recall that back in my competitive day we would all avoid dairy but Tatyana has turned MANY old *rules* that used to be set in stone in bodybuilding community on their head so I would truly follow her diet advice before any other. But the bottom line, mon cher, is that you must find what works for you.

So now, tell me (If you don't mind the question) why you would like to supplement with anabolics? Your mass is wonderful. Is there more desire for mass now in fitness as it was in the US? Or is this just something that you would like to see for you?

Welcome to EF :)

wow!!! you look solid girl!!

i'm digging your back the most though (just saying i like your back muscles, they're awsome, great muscle definition) :)

hi! everybody!
thank you for your compliment, it's important for my evolution
i want to put on muscle in legs and bottom and i need cutting again...
:mix: i hope my english is not difficult to understand....

French, you look terrific!!
What you need is to tighten up your diet and you're good to go. You're almost there, but with your diet, you'll gettighter and more defined.

can you give me an example?

With the amount of training you're doing, you should have 5-6 small meals a day.
1- Have mostly whole foods, as opposed to lots of shakes.
Example:
1- Egg whites and oatmeal, coffee.
2- Protein shake
3-Chicken or tuna or turkey or beef with a salad.
4- Same with brown rice or vegetable or sweet potato.
5-Same as 4
6- Fish or any of the above with vegetables.

You make any combinations you want, but make the meals small and every 2 hours or so. Try to keep your starchy carbs for the morning and early afternoon.

I don't know when you're competing. If your comp is within weeks, you then have to taper off some of the carbs and do more cardio.

Always train hard..
