of course there are supps which will help.
a good creatine is always worth trying, some peoplehave good rsults with it, some dont see much at all, but tis always worth a try. the monhoydrate really didnt do much for me, but i can recommend a micronised form, like kre alkyln. its a little more expensive, but worth it.
also a good bcaa suppadded to your p/w shake is also always a good bet.

Hi thanks for getting back.

I've been around a gym for few years and train 3/4 times a week, mostly in the winter.

I'm a tall slim guy but always wanted to be a bit broader with muscular shoulders.

Was wondering if anything would help.
