First, stats:
47 YO
6'0", 200 #, 14%
M,W,F lift -- Tu, Th Cardio (1hr)
Did one 12 week cycle almost 8 years ago.
~2500 cal / day keeps me steady state.
Plan to hit ~3000 - 3300 cal on the 12 week cycle and continue cardio
in zone 2-3 (2 hrs/week) to maintain some cardio endurance and decrease fat gain.
I started taking HGH at 2IU /day on Jan 1. (mostly for general fitness / anti-aging)
I am planning on ramping up to 6 IU day (5 on / 2 off) during a 12 week cycle, but I don't see a lot of comments on adding HGH to a cycle...other than some on Bodybuilding.com
BTW...I am starting the 12 week cycle on 3/1. I have a complete blood test scheduled for 2/19 as a baseline.
Does this make sense?
