Ocisbomb, I have generally found that the effects of gh on my body are pretty much independent of my diet and training. I use it to speed up recovery, induce fat loss, ease my aching tendons and joints, and improve my state of mind. I have not, however, found gh to be very anabolic, even when used in conjunction with gear. Then again, I never go over 3iu/ED and am an old fart who response will likely be different from yours.
