HGH-best way to take it??

Hey guys, was thinking of running a hgh course next year, but with all the advice I have read, I'm a bit confused with what way to use it! I would like to put up a good amount of muscle and drop some bodyfat. Stats are 5ft10,210lbs, 15% bf, 23 years old. How many iu's would I need per day, should I divide the dose from am to pm, and is IGF1 or insulin necessary with it?? I'll be using it with gear for better results. All advice is appreciated!!
