Last week you mentioned chicken farmers giving chickens Primo to weight on 'em. I have heard about this in the past, and this leads me to ask if there isn't a form of "Primo-plix" out there that we might want to investigate. Do you have any thoughts on that idea?

I hadn't thought about that... but like Cockdezl said, it would probably be availible only in UK where the experiment was conducted. There is probably a vet (cheap) grade primo out there somewhere....

A lot of those implants also contain estrogens as well, so I wouldn't get too excited about finding a pure primo "chicke-plix."

True, but estrogen can always be removed.

Well, American farmers do plenty of supplementing too. It might by time to poke around the avine center over at the Aggie school.
