hey did i stumble across something great for me?

The most important thing you have to see on a loaf of bread is this: 100% WHOLE WHEAT. Without it, you're more than likely eating refined white flour which is devoid of many nutrients including fiber which is good for leaving you fuller, longer. Even many multi grain breads contain mostly refined flour of some sort.

well bread is very energy rich IMHO....if u cut ur carbs then a way to reduce it is by not eating bread. im still bulking so bread is gooood, i like bread :)

refined stuff is bad. the way they produce food nowadays is shocking, wholewheat is good, i just prefer multigrain due to taste and fibre content :)...i think wholewheat os high GI though, not sure...

they actually hav to add vitamins to bread nowadays since they are so devoid of nutrients and its a staple diet for many!

glad to see ur toning up though :)

low carb especially in women cuz good water loss..so you probably lost some water on your stomach area (very hard for women) and maybe thats why you feel tighter..

Can we see a pic of these wonderful new abs you got? It already looked really good to me. I'm sure others will agree with me on this.;)

veggies are fibrous carbohydrates = very good!

when cutting the only complex carbs I eat are: oatmeal, brown rice and yams.
