i decided to lower my carbs and only eat complex carbs and my abs over one day are showing more. i did work them yesterday a little harder...

i'm so impressed!
 
how do u determine if you're eating complex carbs?

rule of thumb

complex = more than one, i.e. not simple

so things like starch are complex carbs as they have many glucose moleules in one molecule of starch

i like bread. rye and multigrain breads are the only low G.I. bread i know of and it tastes the best so i eat that. but the rye seeds dont get digested so its really high in fibre, u can see em i yer shit :lmao: .

so you're saying i should be ok to stick with my whole wheat and multigrain breads? cutting them out the last day or two seems to have already made a diff though...
