Progress so far. I feel more small then cut. I can start seeing some vascularity in my midsection finally. This was just a cold picture in the middle of the day. No pump. No flex. I got plenty of time to bring it down though.

Right now low fat low carb high protien. The carb cycling starts on september 4th.
