Lol bro, I agree with you, but heck, if he can get something out of d-bol, props to him.

30mg of d-bol a day cause a 4lb gain in 2 weeks for me, so it's worthless for me. But if it works for him (and according to his log, it sure has), then why not do it?

A while ago I told him his cycle ain't gonna do shit. He's proven me wrong. And you know what? I appreciate that:)
 
i agree......with you....25mg of dbol seemed to help kickstart my sust cycle but after the first 4 weeks on dbol i kinda leveled off......my friend is on sust and its been a little over 4 weeks and his bench has gone from 285 to 325...with no orals or frontloading

Lol, you know what? I'm actually jealous he can get something out of d-bol:)

Now if only I could lose a few dozen pounds and go down to his weight, it might just work, eh?

Just wanted to add one more thing, went to the drugstore today to use the blood pressure machine, it is 142/86, listed as high normal.

I know these store machines are notorious for being inaccurate, but I always go to the same place and use the same machine...My usual BP (on this machine) is about 135/85, so 3 weeks on has not had too much of a negative effect on my BP. I will continue to take the Hawthorn Berry Extract with my Green Tea each day.

Oh, and I picked up the generic version of Simply Sleep (which I beleive is Tylenol PM w/o the Tylenol...hope it works.)

The insomnia is becoming an issue.

I took 1/2 dose of the Simply Sleep stuff last night - and had the worst night of sleep I have had since the cycle started. And I was seriously irratible, and hot, and I could hear my heart beating in my ears. Maybe 4 hours of semi-decent sleep. That's it for that shit. Oddly enough, I am not exhausted today - but I am still very warm for some reason. I know the lack of sleep will catch up with me soon. Will try to go to bed early tonight and hope for the best.

Aside from that, my wife says I am losing my lower abs. I guess that is what happens when you put on 11 pounds this quickly - luckily the pants still fit. When they get tight, then I know I need to cut back a bit.

Funny that you're having sleep issues. I'm quite fine on d-bol actually. Try some melatonin and ZMA. A nice big dose of Melatonin does it for me when I try to reset my sleep cycle.
 
Update:

Up to 175 even, 11.5 lbs total in 24 days...a bit dissapointed that I only went up 1/2 lb in the past two days, but I shouldn't be greedy.

Took 600mcg of melatonin last night - slept better than the night before, but I would not call it restful.

I was exhausted before hitting the gym last night, but once I started moving the iron, I just keep piling on set after set. Strength is good, but still not through the roof. Lower back pumps are constant in the gym - so much so that I had to drop bent over rows from my routine.

One other thing I haven't mentioned, I am a Human Giant Shit Machine. I am talking 2-3 bowl fillers every day...

I was thinking about stopping Dbol and starting Turanibol for the next three weeks to help cut bloat and retain gains, but I think I will save the T-bol for the next cycle. I start proviron (along with the Dbol) on Saturday @ 25mg/ed for two weeks. I am quite curious to see if the proviron really has the effect on libido that it is supposed to.

Looking at my cycle calendar, I see that I only have a little over 3 weeks left until I start PCT. My goal is to reach 180, and then fall back to 175 keepable...

Good stuff. Give ZMA a try for sure... it really "deepens" your sleep and gives you some wild dreams:)
