here we go - 1st Oral bulking cycle log - (A bit long)

Looking good, bluesman. Disease sucks but you've made a healthy profit from the whole experience and you don't look at all bloated. It sounds like a sensible idea to bridge until you can lift again rather than be sick in a low-test environment.

I hope that's a picture of your pussy and not your wife's. (sorry, I couldn't resist that :)

Thanks man...just woke up from a 4 hour nap - temp down to 100, I think I will go try 100 rep squats !!
:mix:
Someone on another thread suggested that my body may love the week off, so I will see how I feel this weekend sickness and strength-wise and determine if PCT should start then, or it I should finish it out.

I ate practically nothing today. Whey shake and a bowl of oatmeal with raisins. I feel like I am already down 10 pounds...

I am going to go choke down some food...

Update:

I have been sick all week. It has been ugly too. It started Sunday night with a sore throat, followed Monday by the stuffed up/runny nose mess that requires a box of tissues an hour. On Tuesday is got real good with the 102 temp and the body pains...I thought that was the worst, but then Thursday the cough came that would not stop, allowing about 1 hour of sleep.

It is more or less under control, with a little of everything still hanging with me. I was going to try to lift today, but first decided to do a litle stretching, body weight squats and push ups. Good thing I did, becuase I got hot and real dizzy after about 10 minutes. I will try again tomorrow.

Anyway, I have been on only 10mg Dbol ED for this week due to the sickness. I have not been eating anywhere close to the 3600-4000 calories that I should. It is probably more like 2000-2500 for the week. Naturally, I figured with the reduced dose, the complete lack of working out, and the lack of calories, I lost a decent amount of weight.

I decided to bite the bullet and get on the scale and see how bad the damage was. I was up to 176 last Saturday. I figured maybe I lost 3-4 pounds...

I am now 176.5. Gained 1/2 pound. Makes no sense to me at all. Same scale, same time of day, no clothes, 176 1/2.

Whatever. I am trying like hell to choke down food - and as soon as I can return to moderate work (hopefully tomorrow) I will increase the dosage back to the 25mg per day.

FWIW, I am using sudafed and this great stuff called musinex DM for the snot congestion and cough. Sudafed makes your BP go up. I measured it at the drug store, it was 148/88. I am not happy with that at all.

Back on the road.

I think I am past the flu and am at 90% strength. Worked out Sunday lightly and yesterday moderately. Day off today and right back to the volume I was at before I got sick tomorrow.

I still have about 10 days left in the cycle, so I am going to make them count. Weight holding steady at 176. I am glad I didn't start PCT after I got sick - I actually think that the gear may have helped get over the illness faster, becuase I am usually a mess for a month after the flu.

I am also back to eating big. I really want to see 180 on that scale in the next 10 days. (I am already planning my next cycle for mid-June. I am thinking 8 weeks of Test Cyp @ 250mg/wk withDbol weeks 1-4 and Winny for weeks 8-10.)

Once I hit a hard 185-190, I will be done.

I can just imagine going to the doctor's and getting prescibed dbol for the flu. :)
Good luck with those last few pounds on the home straight.

Finally finished the 10's (I repeated a couple of workouts after I was sick). I have been 176 for the past couple of days, and was thinking that maybe this is going to be the peak for the cycle - I am 38 days in, and maybe this is all the Dbol has to offer me -

Until I weighed myself today after the workout.

178 1/2

I had to get on the scale 3 times to make sure it was correct, but it was.

So far gained 15 pounds in 38 days. (remember the 1st week and a 1/2 the dosages were 5 & 10mg per day) Gut is getting a little big (maybe nearing 34) but nothing I can't burn off in a couple of weeks. Keep on working...

Woo Hoo!

Dont you just love dbol ;)

Update, up to 179.5

That is 16 pounds in 41 days. If someone told me at the beginning of this cycle that this is where I would be, I would not have beleived him. I guess I am one of the lucky ones that responds well to low dosages.

Anyway, started the 5's, but workouts are getting rough. Lethargic, tired, but I am slogging through them...Winny starts tomorrow...I am going to run the winny for just 10 days - and I am stopping the Dbol in three days...So the Winny will be on its own for 7 days to flush some of the Dbol water bloat out while still having the body in an anabolic state, then I start PCT, nolva only for 20 days. If my balls are any indication, I have not been totally shut down by the low dose of Dbol.

I am getting a gut, though. When this is over, I will gradually cut some of the calories while adding in some running 2-3 times a week.

Needless to say, I am quite happy with the progress so far.

I will keep it updated.

I you need to tip the scales over the 180 for your last weigh-in before stopping the dbol, just remember that every pint of water you drink is another pound. :)

Thanks blut, that is the plan - eat like a horse and work out hard for this final week.

I started the Winny yesterday (30mg), and had my workout later in the day - for the 1st time in a long time, my left wrist started hurting during BP. (my right is always taped up.) I was like WTF is this? Then I remembered about the winny joint pains...

It can't be causing me wrist pains for just one day, can it? If so, there is no way I would use this stuff for an extended period of time. I am too old with too many injuries to use something that causes serious joint pain...
