here we go - 1st Oral bulking cycle log - (A bit long)

Up to 175 even, 11.5 lbs total in 24 days...a bit dissapointed that I only went up 1/2 lb in the past two days, but I shouldn't be greedy.

Took 600mcg of melatonin last night - slept better than the night before, but I would not call it restful.

I was exhausted before hitting the gym last night, but once I started moving the iron, I just keep piling on set after set. Strength is good, but still not through the roof. Lower back pumps are constant in the gym - so much so that I had to drop bent over rows from my routine.

One other thing I haven't mentioned, I am a Human Giant Shit Machine. I am talking 2-3 bowl fillers every day...

I was thinking about stopping Dbol and starting Turanibol for the next three weeks to help cut bloat and retain gains, but I think I will save the T-bol for the next cycle. I start proviron (along with the Dbol) on Saturday @ 25mg/ed for two weeks. I am quite curious to see if the proviron really has the effect on libido that it is supposed to.

Looking at my cycle calendar, I see that I only have a little over 3 weeks left until I start PCT. My goal is to reach 180, and then fall back to 175 keepable...

Sounds like your doing good, keep it up, I know what you mean about the lower back pumps. I had to unload a truck full of hay into my barn and my fucking back was killing me.
 
I wasn't planning on updating today, since it is my day off, but I wanted to put something in the log that I responded to in another post that I think is important...

I am afraid I may be creating a monster in terms of sucess with orals with so many young guys posting about how they are starting Dbol only, so I want to throw this caveat in here now:

I did a lot of research, have been lifting for over 20 years, and started with a strong base of lean muscle. I hope the young guys don't look at my log and think low dosages of Dbol will give you an easy 12 pounds of muscle in 3 weeks. There is nothing particularly easy about this. I am working hard and eating like a madman. I am eating, sleeping and breathing this cycle 24 hours a day, and to be honest, I am looking forward to the end. Insomnia, zits and back pumps can get a little old.

Be safe and do your research. I am trying to be detailed and consistent with my log, but what happens to me and what happens to others can be apples and oranges. Don't depend on me or anyone else to predict what will happen to your body. This stuff is no joke.

With that said, thanks to everyone who has been giving me props for keeping this going. I plan to follow through all the way to the end of PCT.

3/27:

Up to 176, but the waist is getting bigger. Measured at 33 5/8 yesterday, not good...I am also getting a cold. I am pounding vitamin C, zinc, green tea and echineachea, but it may be a lost cause. My wife has been sick the last 10 days, I think she finally gave it to me.

Sleep is better, but I have no idea why. the past 4 days I have taken nothing at bedtime and slept well. Thank god.

I am going to cut a bit of carbs out of the diet and run 20 minutes a couple of times this week just to try and keep some of the excess fat in check. If I wasn't on gear and eating this way, I am pretty sure I would turn into a fat fuck.

I also started proviron on saturday @ 25mg/ed. I felt a little dried out, but otherwise no effect after 3 days. I am using british dragon 50mg pills, split in 1/2. I also have foil tabs of "provironum" that look more legit but I will save those for another cycle. I know it will take 3-5 days to see any hardening effect from the proviron, but these BD's - I don't know, they just look a little sketchy to me. I wouldn't be surprised if they don't do shit.

two more workouts of 10's, then the 5's start...

Alright, since I feel like shit and I decided that am not going to workout in my cold leaking garage, I decided to put up more pics...

This is at 176, and I used the electric clippers on my chest...as you can see, I am still not too bloated.

I am an athlete man, not a bodybuilder!

I will see what I can come up at the end of the cycle. And there ain't gona be no nude ones. I really just threw those up there out of boredom. (hence the pic of the gato.)

I got sick. Flu. Temp of 102. I am so fucking pissed. Not at work today, trying to eat oatmeal, chicken soup, Nyquil and green tea to recover, but I think I may cut the cycle short now that I won't be able to give 100% in the gym.

I may just bridge the Dbol at 10mg/day until I am recovered, then start Nolva when I am able to lift at least moderately again.

Somehow I don't think I am going to reach my goal of 180.

If anyone has thoughts or suggestions as to how to deal with this, let me know.
