I wasn't planning on updating today, since it is my day off, but I wanted to put something in the log that I responded to in another post that I think is important...
I am afraid I may be creating a monster in terms of sucess with orals with so many young guys posting about how they are starting Dbol only, so I want to throw this caveat in here now:
I did a lot of research, have been lifting for over 20 years, and started with a strong base of lean muscle. I hope the young guys don't look at my log and think low dosages of Dbol will give you an easy 12 pounds of muscle in 3 weeks. There is nothing particularly easy about this. I am working hard and eating like a madman. I am eating, sleeping and breathing this cycle 24 hours a day, and to be honest, I am looking forward to the end. Insomnia, zits and back pumps can get a little old.
Be safe and do your research. I am trying to be detailed and consistent with my log, but what happens to me and what happens to others can be apples and oranges. Don't depend on me or anyone else to predict what will happen to your body. This stuff is no joke.
With that said, thanks to everyone who has been giving me props for keeping this going. I plan to follow through all the way to the end of PCT.
