here we go - 1st Oral bulking cycle log - (A bit long)

Wow. PCT is rough. I have been taking my Nolva, but man, I don't think my body is liking the low test enviroment. Weight is ok, I am at 176, and it seems whatever water I was holding was in my waist, becuase my abs are coming back, and my pants are a bit looser.

The biggest problem right now is the cold/flu that I had a couple of weeks ago decided to make a rebound - so for the past couple of days I have been coughing up snot out of my lungs constantly, and have had a low grade (99-100) fever.

But the lack of energy is the worst. I am exhausted and lethargic all the time. I don't mean sleepy, I mean no desire to move...I have been pushing to get through the last few days - and workouts while sick have been limited to push ups, deep knee bends, and stretching...

I would say that I really peaked at 178...That one day that I reached 179.5 was an abberation, becuase it fell right back the next day...So the fact that I am at 176 four days into PCT is alright. I hope I only lose a few more pounds, but being sick and not working out during PCT may bite me in the ass.

Man do I know how you feel. Today is the first day I'm feeling a litttle back to normal. I'm not in a fucking trance. I stopped pct, we will see. I gained 19lbs total through cycle of which I still have 16lbs 11 days later. That's better than I expected. Good luck to you and hope you start feeling better.

Nice to see the results Steve. I like how you pounded the Green Tea when you were sick too! I love that stuff.
Melatonin is great when you don't sleep much. For me it doesn't make me sleep... but what little sleep I do get seems to count more.
Check out my recent thread on Bitter Orange. I believe it could be valuable to people on dbol. It helps with blood pressure, insomnia and increases hunger!
Karma for logging you experiences

Thanks Slat and Pudding ~ Today I am also starting to feel like I am getting back to normal...Enough to lift a bit last night and at least consider hitting at the batting cages after work...

For a few days there, I felt like an 85 year old man - tired, sore, aggravated, and hating life. I think I am getting back to normal - but the last 5 days of PCT sucked.

I cringe at the thought of coming off after a 12 or 14 week cycle. No wonder so many people are asking about bridging....

Anyway, holding steady at 176, now that I can get back into the gym at least somewhat, I hope I can get back on track again...

Do it up! Get in there and take no prisoners! If you can motivate through this... think of the results you will get when you feel 100%!!!

Alright - I think I turned a corner - it is day 6 of PCT, I am at 175.5 (and I swear a good chunk of the weight lost is around my waist), and I am feeling better in terms of energy, sleep, libido, and desire to get back in the gym.

Maybe the PCT crash isn't as bad as I thought. I certainly don't feel anywhere close to how I felt while on, but I do feel mostly "normal." I think my situation was made worse from the immediate rebound of the cold/flu/sinus infection that I had a couple of weeks ago, which is also finally going away. Right now I am only coughing up blobs of green snot every 15 minutes of so.

Went to the final reg season Celtics game last night...during the game they showed some meatball on the big screen who painted his whole upper body and face green, and he was doing hulk poses...My wife squeezes by bicep, turns to me and says, "I know what you should be for Halloween next year." Made me feel pretty good.

I will continue to keep it posted through PCT. Maybe I should ask a Mod to move this to the cycle log forum so it doesn't get buried here on the big board for new folks coming in.

good to hear you are making progress...

one suggestion though. shave the chest and arms bro...you will look ten times better in your avatar:D

I am, I am a Boston guy, born and bred. I will always have a soft spot for the C's, since the Garden was literally down the street from me growing up!

Biceps, I did *trim* some of my jungle with clippers set on 1/8th inch. I can't bring my self to shave. Seems a little to wierd for me. I will try and get some final pics at 178 up soon. And I am on EF mostly at work, so I have avatar's turned off, for obvious reasons. (but I did check out Sweed's - nice cowboy hat.)

I am working on getting 20 amps of Test E as we speak for a June - August cycle...

Thanks again for the support bros.
