Thanks for the replies. Yes I am clean. My diet is mainly eat everything I can. I try to get 50g of protein and 75-100g of carbs in every meal (atleast 5 meals a day). The training is usually
Mon.
Chest/Back
Incline Bench 4 sets of 8-10 reps
Flat Bench " "
Flyes 3 sets of 10
Pullovers " "
T bars 4 sets of 10 (wide grip to narrow grip)
Lat pulldowns 3 sets of 10

Tues.
Legs
Leg Extensions 4 sets of 10
Leg Curls " "
Hamstring stretch with barbell
Squats 4-5 sets of 10
Leg press 3 sets of 10
Calf raises

Thurs.
Bicepts/Tricepts
Barbell curls 3 sets of 10
Hammer curls " "
Concentration curls" "
Skull kruchers 3 sets of 10
Overhead extensions " "
Tricept pushdown " "
Forearm curls 2 sets of 15
Reverse forearm curls" "

Fri.
shoulders/finish up
Military Press 3 sets of 10
Incline bench delt raises (its a 2 motion exercise I do) 3 sets of 10
Seated Rows 3 sets of 10
Shrugs " "
Deadlifts 4 sets of 10
Then finish up whatever is left out

I do abs every day

Thats a quick runthrew of my workout.
 
I refuse to praise you just because you are ripped with a great athletic build!! (hope my jealousy wasn't too obvious)

I don't think you need to work on anything :) but if you want to get even more jacked, a clean bulk is in order!
 
Looks good bro, solid as fuck. Now it's time to add the mass. Your triceps could use work, as could the whole upper area. That being said, your diet is lean as hell. I'd start adding more carbs into that diet, and focusing on bigger weights and less reps.

Abs are perfect.
 
Good advice. I do need to put on some meat on my upper body. It's been a struggle to put on this much weight put I will keep on going.
