hemroids while on

i am serious about hemroids, joking about the a hole. You guys remeber that old post of a guy who quit juice bc of the pain in his ass? pretty funny, just joking about that piece. But yeah man never had roids this bad, terrible swamp ass when doing atg squats

High Blood pressure will cause hemmoroids, Everyone has hemmoroids except for one factor, they don't know that they have them until one ruptures ,then you have some unbearable pain at times, Treatment ranges from eating more fiber, Citrucel is a good addition to more fiber,a bowl of grapes helps also,the more extreme cases where pain is involved would be to sit in a tub of hot water,i mean as hot as you can stand it, afterwards a cottonell wipe soaked in witch Hazel,applied several times will subdue the pain.

Once a hemmoroid occurs you are stuck with it, sure it may seem to dissappear, but one day it will right out of the blue pop up with the "Honey i'm home" attitude, just to remind you it's there,

ARGO corn starch is the best cure for swamp ass. never leave the house without it.
