Love reading the comments from members of this site great group of guys! My question is I'm working out 5 times a week I just started again after bout to years I work out 5 days a week one body part a day 4- 5 excersises a part I was 280 last month before I started I'm at 260 now I'm only 5 -9 i am 22 years old so I am pretty over weight i have been working on my diet lots eating alot of chicken and rice when I was younger (to young me and my buddy's ran some some gear I started at 16 juiced till I was 18 then when I decide not to take a scholar ship stopped working out .. I been thinking of running some hear again I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions before I ran enth prop fina winni I have a bottle of clen at home I was thinking winni and a test but that's why I am here to learn and I you guys have any training tips I'm all for it thanks for ur time guys .. Also I got a buddy who suggested gh I I can afford it so what do you guys think
