Love reading the comments from members of this site great group of guys! My question is I'm working out 5 times a week I just started again after bout to years I work out 5 days a week one body part a day 4- 5 excersises a part I was 280 last month before I started I'm at 260 now I'm only 5 -9 i am 22 years old so I am pretty over weight i have been working on my diet lots eating alot of chicken and rice when I was younger (to young me and my buddy's ran some some gear I started at 16 juiced till I was 18 then when I decide not to take a scholar ship stopped working out .. I been thinking of running some hear again I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions before I ran enth prop fina winni I have a bottle of clen at home I was thinking winni and a test but that's why I am here to learn and I you guys have any training tips I'm all for it thanks for ur time guys .. Also I got a buddy who suggested gh I I can afford it so what do you guys think
 
You've lost 20 lbs in a month; fantastic job. Keep up the good work.

At 22 you absolutely do not need GH. And since you just started back at the lifting, you can put on muscle and drop body fat (at the same time) for at least a couple more months.

Right now is the time to continue naturally and keep tweaking the diet. When you stop getting stronger and leaner, you can consider a cycle then and we will be happy to help.
 
Ok I'll keep working at it thanks for the reply I'm 23 typo in my first paragraph one other question other friends who used gear said another factor in my weight gain could have been when I was younger I cycled and didn't take anti est and didn't work out like at 260 I'm big n have a belly .. But my belly is still pretty hard.. My football weight was 210 and I was pretty ripped And string then I got lazy just wondering I could have messed something internally Thank you for ur time guys
 
Keeping working out hard, maybe use a fat burner like N2burn. But i would stay natural for a while longer. Than when you are ready for some extra help consider a sarm like s4 or osta, shit even stack them.

Sarms are great for fat burning, building some LBM, good for people with joint issues, and do not require a pct like an anabolic would.......win/win in my book. you also dont run the risk of messing up your hormones at a early age.

Started juicing at 16? Now you're 22 doing irst cycle in years and you want to go with GH, fina and clen? My advice at this point is STOP. Stop everything and regroup before you hurt yourself.
 
stop listening to your friends, they don't know what they are talking about. GH at 22? being overweight cause you didn't run an AI 5 years ago? your friends are morons.

you need to fix your diet and lose weight before even considering steroids. i can put you on a diet plan if you want
