I have been trimming down for about a year.... Ive lost a total of 80 lbls....right now I am [email protected]% down from [email protected] dec 15th......
Well Now I feel small I want to bulk back up but not to gain much fat back that i worked so hard to loose.....
I always bust my ass in the weight room, moderate cardio 4x week...
raising complex carbs to about 300gs(keep shugar under 35/day)
keep protien aroung 250
Kept low fat (under 50g) have not gained a lb in 10 days
= 2200 cals I want/think I need 3000+
but I am worried abot the fat I would neet to reach a high cal. diet, from what I ve read Fat (not efa's) = fat should I raise my carbs or protien to build nice solid mass without much extra BF?
any way I am sure a lot of you have the answer to this please enlighten me......
