Help with uneven growing delts

I need some advice. Here is the abbreviated story:

AC joint pain in 2001, I got a cortisone shot in shoulder. 2002, surgery, clavicular rescection, mumford process arthroscopy. I have recovered, shoulder still pops and cracks, rear delt pain that radiates down tricep (weak rotator?) no loss of movement etc... still able to bench, do overhead press etc . . . Here is the problem, my left shoulder is lagging in growth. Front delt smaller than left etc . . How do I correct this? do i do extra sets on only that shoulder and delt, or do I just lift normal and wait for it to catch up. thanks for the input.

Certainly...

shadow, If I may further pick your brain, i don't do front delt raises because of all the presses, cables, incline bench that hits them. should I be doing these as isolations? I do isolations for real delts.

Real delts??

LOL

It depends......some can get by without ANY anterior delt/direct exercises dut to leverage issues, incline bench angle etc.

I would think that Military/ dumbell/ steep incline presses would do the job.

Look at yourself in the mirror...if the delts look a bit underdeveloped on any sides...hit them with some isolations
