i just need some advice for setting my weights for the bench everything else is ok. my top working set last week for the bench was 80kg, so should my other 4 sets go like this : 1@30kg, 1@40kg, 1@50kg, 1@60kg then the 5th set @ 80kg, does that look ok or should i move the sets up so the last set is 70-75kg? i find that if i do the sets to near to my 5th set target weight i get to tired to hit the target, am i on the right track
