Help? What can I take to help shred a few kg's ASAP?

Yeah one thing that supprised me on the "ultimate fighter" house was how poorly it seemed they ate. I'm not saying they all do, it was just a shock, especially for the resect I have for there athleticism.

I personally cant stand MMA or anything to do with it. That being said I'm not going to get into a big shit fest about it, thats just my .02 . But I feel the way I do for a few reasons....1) most of them have no fucking clue what they are doing...trainers, students, diet, training,,,ect.
2) it has spawned this enormous culture of fgts and pretenders. Every time I see someone wearing something that says Tapout I wanna split their skull.
 
There is a MMA place next to my gym and I see what those morons eat. Generally speaking most of those trainers know shit about diet, period. This MMA moron that I know was told by his trainer to eat a BLT and other shit carbs to "make weight". Fucking idiots.

Have to agree. I'm an MMA guy myself and most of the guys that I train with, even very high level guys, have some of the shittiest diets I've seen from anyone.

Even so, doesnt make sense to me why eating a BLT or any shit carbs would help you make weight......generally you want to LOSE weight to make a weight class.

Haha, I have to agree with you on the tapout shirts, especially on the fat wannabe slobs with there flat brims and sleeve tattoos

It's strange in such a physically demanding sport based on weight groups for nutrition to be so overlooked by a lot, specially when iv seen how hard most train.

No kidding it baffles me that these guys think that just because they spend all day exercising that it somehow excuses the country fired steak and ice cream they have for every meal.

Nothing drives me more nuts than guys who wear MMA apparel that arent MMA fighters. If youre sponsored to do it, go for it. If not, you're a poser and you can fuck off.
