Help? What can I take to help shred a few kg's ASAP?

I've had great success cutting with SARMs S4 and GW-50.

S4 has great androgenic properties and is great for MMA and GW-50 activates the metabolic pathways that burn fat instead of other forms of energy.

Combine those with some Albuterol (NOT clen) and you'll be there in no time.

Check out low carb diets. Lots of lean meat, healthy fats and veggies.

U'll preserve muscle and drop 10 to 20 lbs of fat dependent on how dedicated ur are.

How bout some fucking high intensity cardio and correct diet for your goal.

This is what it really comes down to. Much moreso diet in my experience, but supplements cant take you all the way without putting in the work.

Sometimes its nice to use a fat burner that will control appetite for people like me who love to eat.
It also doesnt hurt that it helps get your heart rate up with less effort.

But a fat burner like ripped fuel or forged or whatever is the only thing I would ever use. Even at that I personally cant use it with AAS. CNS overload.
You couldnt pay me to use clen or any of that type of shit.

Clen is shit. Anyone who still uses it is throwing their health away IMO
 
Hi, I'm I'm trying to strip a few kg's more and tone up at the same time as I train Muay thai. I have lost about 2.5/3 stone in the last year but finding it hard to lose the last few kg's. what can I take to help speed things up and tone up? Any help would be grateful. Thanks

Well I'm taking it if you train Muay Thai at a reputable gym, your cardio/training is dialed in already. There may be some issues with your diet. Check out the other sections on here bout diet but keep that protein up, and good fats and carbs moderately low, il add some more complex carbs to my preworkout/training meal for that little extra oomph. There's plenty of supps on the market but I think losing it at a moderate rate from diet and hard work would really benefit your fighting. Good luck

There is a MMA place next to my gym and I see what those morons eat. Generally speaking most of those trainers know shit about diet, period. This MMA moron that I know was told by his trainer to eat a BLT and other shit carbs to "make weight". Fucking idiots.

Yeah one thing that supprised me on the "ultimate fighter" house was how poorly it seemed they ate. I'm not saying they all do, it was just a shock, especially for the resect I have for there athleticism.
