There have been alot of new sources popping up lately and it seems like most aren't emailing the mods or anything like that. This makes it very difficult for us to do source checks cuz if the new sources don't email us or if the people who take a chance on them don't email us to tell us whether or not they came through then we won't know what to say at the time of a source check.

SO PLEASE, IF YOU TAKE A CHANCE ON AN UNKNOWN SOURCE WE (THE MODS) WOULD APPRECIATE IT IF YOU COULD DROP US A LINE TO LET US KNOW HOW IT WORKED OUT! This way we can help others. Thanks.

We work hard for our cash don't throw it away, even if you are reasonably sure of a source just mail a mod and they will confirm it for you.

They provide a greatly appreciated service to us members.:cool: (and advice on an aray of topics)
 
Do the mods have enough time to do source checks. I e-mailed 5 mods to check my sources and only 1 got back to me within a week. I know everyone is busy but if you preach for us to e-mail you with source checks you should reply. Maybe you can ask some other vets to help and post a thread for who can help on source checks. OrganonCannon also replied to one of my source checks. I have tried two new sources and if I get the package I will send you an e-mail.
 
Bigmarco, if you sent a source check to me then it would have gotten answered with 24hrs. Otherwise, make sure that you direct your remarks to the correct people cuz I don't like it when idiots like yourself make generalizations. Stereotyping pisses me off more than racism.
 
El Cubano my reply was not a bash on you,. It was emperical but not a generalization. There is no need to call anyone an idiot. I am not bashing moderators. You do a great job with the website. You were not one of the moderators that I sent an e-mail too.

My only point is that some vets could and do help out because the moderators are busy. I am sure you would not appreciate 100 e-mails a day from newbies askin you to validate a source.

I understand if you think my response was idiotic, but you should not call me an idiot, because you don't know anything about me, except what I posted.

I have tested over five sources and would be more than happy to send you an e-mail explaining who sent and who scammed and how long.

Cubano and the other mods have been a great help to me.

Don't forget guys, the mods are doing this to help you so be respectful to them and have patience when you email them. ;)

If your guy is a legit source he should give you mods that back him or if you've been refered to someone by a mod then your all set it most cases.
Plus there's hundreds of scammer lists out there check them first.....
