HELP ON Tamox and gyno

Can anyone tell me how much Tamox to take during a deca cycle....i have a little gyno showing up. It seems a little hard behind my nipples (like a lump), is that a sign of gyno?

Starts with 40-60mg per day until any tenderness subsides then taper your dose off. Nolva does suppress IGF so do make sure you get the dose down ASAP. I am gyno prone so I run 10mg PD my entire cycle.

liquid nolvadex IS tamoxifen citrate.

*edit* DONE W/ MY CYCLE....NOT DONT W/ MY CYCLE...Then i start pct 21 days after my last injection w/ clomid...thats what my other sources telling me. Sorry if i seem so damn stupid about all this. I have had so many stories and advice about pct...and anit-estrogen.

What does your cycle look like bro…. I am a bit confused with your last statement!!
I am assuming you are not in the U.S.????

i bet its the dbol. Nolva wont help with deca, it doesnt aromatize.
nolva for dbol will be good though.

tomorrow will be my last day on dbol..should i start the nolva?..Another source told me to start Test about my 9th week into the deca cycle. Then another source told me mix both test and dbol. So I have not started the test until Prob the 9th week of deca inject.

Not bashing ya bro….. But in my opinion you have a pretty fucked up cycle!!!

Have you been running an anti E while on the Dbol??

Unless you add test prop….. It will take 3-5 weeks for Test E or Cyp to hit ya.

Personally… I would come off the Dbol and start PCT. Clomid and Nolva standard protocol.

Recover completely then come back with a basic solid cycle. I am assuming by the information you have that you do not have many cycles under your belt so….

Hit this….

Week 1-12 Test E @ 500mg pw 250mg Mon, Thursday
Week 1-4 or 5 Dbol @ 25-40mg pw split the dose across your day.
Week 1-12 Adex .5mg ed or eod

PCT Clomid and Nolva standard protocol.

If you have gyno showing up now, nolvadex + femara (letrozole) is the way to go. You should start ASAP. 40mgs of nolva ED and 1.25mgs letrozole has been effective for many members on EF

thanks!!!!...I was in a accident that left me w/ out use of alot of my muscles. The doctor actually recommended this stack for me! Fuck up dont you think!?!?! LOL...But im taking all the advice I can. Thanks for all the input guys. BTW this cycle has let me gain 45lbs and my bench is 275. My lb is 180 and im 6'

Dostinex is good, but the winny is variable on it's effects.
