Help on my first Test Cycle!

So as the title says i need advice on my first test cycle. I have done one cycle of var 50 mg ed. I got decent results but thought the var was underdosed (as most UG var is). Mostly I am looking for advice on amount of var and test taken and the PCT.

My stats are age 25, 6', 191 and 12%. Diet and training are spot on. My training was on and off for 4 years as the military schedule allowed. For the last year I have been training very consistently and very hard.

Here are my plans:

10 week cycle
Test Enanthate: 200-400 mg per week
Anavar: 50mg ed
Aromasin: 12.5 mg e4d
Unleashed: as directed on the bottle
Omega 3's: 4g per day
NAC: 1800mg per day
Red Yeast Rice: 2400 mg per day

As post cycle:
Clomid: 50mg ed
Nolvadex: 20mg ed
Off cycle: one bottle as directed.

Anyways, I am basically wondering if 200mg per week is enough or should I go for 3-400 mg per week?
My initial thought of 200 was because of running var with it, but dont know if that will be enough.
Also, how does the PCT look?

Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks!!

400mg would be ideal if you want to put size on which im assuming with your height and weight you want to. I would only use the aromasin as needed, you may not even need it. Get HCG for your PCT and have aromasin for it as well. Clomid and nolvadex is the old school PCT, check out the PCT forum and stickies. You could extend this cycle to 12 weeks and 8 weeks on the var. up to you...how many calories are you taking in can I see what your diet looks like?

i would keep it at 10 wks of 400-500mg of test and run the var for 6-8 wks. your cycle support and pct look good to me.

This is what a 1st post should look like...

Cycle looks good Reaper, welcome to EF

Sorry for being so late with this. My diet consists of sufficient intake in lean protein, complex carbs and fiber i.e. whole grain and vegetables, minimum to no sat fat and sugar and I try to stick with healthy fats from meat, oils etc.

I appreciate any input
