I need to know if this is gonna be overtraining. I'm gonna start on monday with my cycle of Test and EQ, i'm just not sure if my workout will cause me to overtrain, NEED ADVICE
Here's the 5x5
Day 1 -
Chest - Flat Bench 5x5
incline DB press 2x8-10
incline flyes 2x8-10
vertical chest press 2x8-10
Calves - Standing DB calf raises 5x15
Calf press 5x15
Smith machine seated calf raise 5x15
Day 2 -
Back - SM deadlift 5x5
lat pulldown 2x8-10
DB shrugs 2x8-10
Bent over lateral raise 2x8-10
Compound row machine 2x8-10
Shoulders - DB military press 5x5
SM upright row 2x8-10
DB Front raise 2x8-10
Side lateral 3-5x8-10
overhead press machine 2x8-10
Day 3&4 Rest
Day 5 -
Biceps - Standing DB curl 5x5
incline DB curl 2x8-10
Concentration curls 2x8-10
Bicep curl machine 2x8-10
prone incline curl 2x8-10
Triceps - Close grip bench 5x5
lying DB tricep ext 2x8-10
DB kickback 2x8-10
Tricep ext machine 2x8-10
incline tricep ext 2x8-10
Day 6 -
Legs - SM squat 5x5
leg press 2x8-10
SM stiff legged deads 2x8-10
leg curls 2x8-10
standing db calf raises 5x15
calf press 5x15
sm seated calf raise 5x15
Day 7 rest
I will also be doing abs on days one, two, five and six, i'll be using needsizes ab routine. I don't usually do this much but i figured since i was gonna be on cycle i wouldn't overtrain as easy. If this is not a good idea PLEASE HELP OUT!
