Ok fellas i am 6'2 195Ibs my entire body is all well except for the Calfs, i am trying not to be too hard on myself as to this maybe a genetic issue but what can i do to increase SOME Size. I mean there just skinny lol...i would like to increase 1/4 in or something like that, I mean should i perform really heavy reps? or more sets? Or im not sure about this but i over heard that while doing cardio say the elliptical to concentrate training on the tips of your feet and that may help? Any input/advice/opinions would be greaty appreciated, as i am tired of seeing the skinny calfs lolol.
