Help on ECA stack (cycling, dosage)

Ok nearlly at the 8 weeks point now, so some results.

A note to people who dont know me on here, i have only been training for 12 months and weighed 217lbs of fat so you will have to excuse the pictures, im sure people with a much lower BF% would see greater improvments than myself.

Good work, keep it up...I never took before pics...as a matter of fact I never take pics of anything lol...Ill get some measurements in another week or two and post up some new stats :-)

I better not hear about anyone in this thread not making their goals!

the stuff really works then huh!! how long you going to be cutting with eca - ephedrine - caffeine - aspirin for? until two bottles are done? what do you have planned after that, another bulk? also... do you know your bodyfat before and after?
 
Im doing 3 bottles, because if your taking 6 caps a day, which is 3 servings, 60 servings per bottle, its only 2 months. 8 weeks of a 12 week cut. Ill probably try Lipoflame for a couple weeks after a week break from ECA when this bottle is done, to finish up cutting. Ill then decide where I need to go from there.

Well im through 2 bottles didnt order another in time so i bought a diffrent stack off someone else (abot more eph in it). The SEN i dosed the same as Legacy 2 caps 3 times a day. This new stack because of the extra eph i dosed slightly lower 1 cap 2 times a day, but that still carrys more eph than the previous dosages on the SEN.

Im not bulking for a while now i want to go low as possible as my last bulk i was still carrying alot of fat and maybe i bulked to soon it was tough phsycologically to see me add fat again after losing so much initially (but this was my first bulk so inexperience played a factor). Im actually away for 2 weeks from the 9th of July on hols this coincides with my break from the stack. When i get back i will go back on again for a few months and then probably have a longer rest from it and cycle something else.


As for my bodyfat im unsure i know i had written it down somewhere but its defo dropped. After the bulk i added a fair bit of fat around the gut, hips and chest areas (you can see from the pic lol) The stomach area i always struggled to shift even when i initally went from 217 to around 168ish (without e c a) i still had a pouch there but that was expcted as i lost the bulk of the weight in around 3-4 months, but even after 7-8 months the pouch was still there. One of the reasons i went on this stack was because i read that it is good for stubborn fat areas and tbh i pretty happy with the results so far i actually weigh 10lbs more now than when i was at my lightest but i am now leaner than i was at that weight and the pouch has started to gradually shift so im happy, i am just looking forward to see how much more comes off over the next 4 weeks. To be fair though i have really dedicated everything to this cut, my diet has been on point and so has my training and cardio.


Just a side note i just realised that from the first pic (when i started 8 weeks ago) to the latest pic (today) i have only lost 1 lb lol. But as MMl said it should only burn fat so i increased cals after the first couple of weeks on training days so i was still able to keep my lifts going without feeling to drained.

So for the long post.....

Dude i would reccomend taking photos. I never wanted to take photos when i started out because i was huge and embarressed but my missus forced me to do it for a couple of reasons.

1. Because i could then see my lardy ass for what it was.

2. I would actually be able to see the diffrence over the months i was training.

When i was able to see the diffrence is spurred me to keep going.

Im not saying you are in the same situation as me, even if you are lean Mofo its nice to see the changes/pogress in muscle definition/gains etc.
 
Okay im on week 10 and virtually out of E.C.A. I am away for 2 weeks on holiday shortly and was wondering if i should continue when i get back on the stack or would it be reccomended that i stay of it for a while? If so how long? what would you cycle this with?.

Obviously whilst im not taking my metabolism will slow down this is gonan be bad timing if i am away on my holidays, not that i eat loads of shit but my calorie intake will be alot higher than normal for 2 weeks. I checked online to see if there is a gym where i am going (canary islands) and there is one 10 mins from the hotel i am at so i will get some training in whilst im there. I am hoping not to put to much on after all teh hardwork i put in.

Also a big thankyou to MML for advising me on such a great product. I am really happy with the results so far, so much so i dont want to come off it lol.

Id stay off it for at least 2 months. Switch over to something easier on your systems like LipoFlame for a while. Take a week to 2 weeks off of ECA to let your receptors clean up and then start something like Lipofame. (It's what Im doing. Lipoflame and Dermatherm)

Im still at like 188, probably 18% bf....So I cant see much of anything. haha

Plus Im also starting to think I have childhood induced gynecomastia...I dont have any lump directly behind my nips, but around the edges feels like its a little firmer than it should be, and my nips seem to be a little puffy...Blah...Its always something...So Im hoping if I get the bf% lower ill be able to tell more, if not, Im going to have to find a solution.

hello, i'm 19 and also at around 18% b/f, I think I may have a bit of childhood induced gyno also, got non painful lumps under the skin, started on the left but now on the right and could be affecting my bench press (the only lift that I don't really get better at) I'm hoping these are just hard fat deposits and will go away... one of the lumps is also visible in a mirror when you look at yourself in the light..
