Help on ECA stack (cycling, dosage)

Yeah, I think Ill order a bottle since I have about 10 Trex left...Ima start with 1 bottle because $80 for a product that I dont know how it is going to work is kinda high. Anyways, Keep this thread updated, so I can gauge the results

Well its been a few daysnow i upped them slghtly. But i think i opend my mouth to soon. They are potent, when people said shaking i was expecting by hands twitching or something along those lines, but its more of a whole body thing hard to explain also get abit of anxiety aswell. I am hoping the anxiety will die down some its not really there through training i notice it more when i am not training. Sticking with them though.

ahhh my man, see i told you lol...once the stuff starts building up in the system they really kick in.....my hands dont tremble much, its other things like twitching, anxious, etc...

if your on 2+ pills, that would explain the anxiety, that is over 200mg/caffein man lol

the yohimbine alone has systematic fat loss properties, so trust me with time you will see results....

my 2nd bottle is almost done, im gonna take 1 week off them before going back on...

find your dosage that u can take crossy, and dont go over much, u dont need much if your diet + training is on point.

Im defo gonna stick to 2 X 3 a day i had that today and although i get anxious i am finding today much better. Just out of curosity how long does it take to kick in result wise? My training is good 5 X 5 and my diet imo is pretty decent aswell.

Crossy... Those sides will decrease as a) your body builds up a tolerance to them and b) you get less anxious about it because clearly you were anxious about all the hype surrounding eca and those unsure feelings don't go away over night (and that's OK).

As for the results kicking in.. the results kick in immediately. You're feeling the sides, it's doing you good pre-workout, so it is clearly stimulating your metabolism. How much fat you lose is directly related to how many calories you take in and how hard you work out... but it raises your metabolism from as soon as the ingredients hit your blood stream, the rest is up to you.

Anyways, Im guessing I shouldnt take this stuff any time close to when I play basketball and such correct?

Its fine around regular steady cardio sessions and lifting though?

Just making sure I have times for dosing correct.
